Eligibility and Participation
The True Value Rewards® program is administered by True Value Company, in conjunction with participating True Value® stores.
The True Value Rewards® program is a free benefit to customers of participating True Value® stores and is completely voluntary.

participating True Value® stores in the U.S. are eligible to
participate. Commercial accounts are excluded from this program.
O’Connor Hardware & Rental employee’s and their families are eligible for this program.
customers may enroll at the point of sale by completing an Enrollment
Form. No purchase is necessary to enroll. Only enrolled customers
(Participant(s)) are eligible to earn points in the program.

True Value Company or your participating True Value retailer of any

Participants will not receive cash back or store credit for purchases less than the True Value Rewards® certificate value.
Value Rewards® carry no cash value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for
cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. True Value Company and
individual True Value® stores are not responsible for replacing lost,
stolen or mutilated certificates or coupons. Copies of True Value
Rewards® certificates and bonus point coupons will not be accepted.
True Value Rewards® and bonus point coupons expire within 90 days of issuance.
True Value Rewards® certificates may be used in conjunction with bonus point coupons.
Participants may cancel their account at any time by calling 877-935-4662.
Point Accumulation, Transfer and Account Merging
Enrolled Participants earn one (1) point for every one dollar ($1.00
USD) spent at participating True Value ® stores. Points will be credited
on the total purchase amount less federal, state, local or other taxes
and items excluded from the program.
Up to two participants
living at the same address may have their points accumulate together as a
household. Other than that, participants cannot transfer points from
one account to another.
Participants must present their True
Value Rewards® Card or provide their account number and some form of
identification in order to earn points on purchases.
Points earned for purchases that result in returns or refunds will be deducted from Participants account.
prior to the date of enrollment are not eligible for points. Any future
changes in point accumulation rules will also not be retroactive.
Points will be credited to Participant accounts within 30 days.
Points not issued in the form of True Value Rewards® will be carried over to the next mailing.
you suspect an error in your points balance, please bring this to our
attention by calling (877) 935-4662. We will investigate any potential
discrepancies and correct any errors.
Lost or Stolen Cards
Value Rewards® Participants who lose their program card may receive a
new card at the True Value® store in which they enrolled. The original
account number will be linked with the new account number and points
will be merged with the new account number.
Participants are encouraged to write down their card number to allow for proper crediting of points to the new account number.
Value Company and participating True Value® stores are not responsible
for any account activity prior to a reported loss or theft.
Value Company takes the protection and proper use of your personal
information seriously. Your information is kept confidential, accurate
and secure. We’ve developed the True Value Rewards® program to serve you
better. To facilitate that, when you enroll, we collect your name,
address and month of birth (you never know, we might send you a birthday
card). We store and use this information, along with your transaction
information, to administer the program, process your rewards, and
communicate valuable offers to you based on your interests. Upon
enrollment, we also ask for your e-mail address, phone number and cell
phone number in the event that you’d like to receive e-mail, voice mail
or text messages containing exclusive program related information or
offers through these mediums. Providing e-mail, or telephone information
is not required to become or remain a True Value Rewards®, member.
Except for the distribution of True Value Rewards® certificates that we
send out when you earn them, you may “opt out” of receiving other mail,
e-mail or telephone (land line or cellular) communications at any time
by calling (877) 935-4662. We respect your privacy and take great care
to safeguard information in our possession. True Value does not share
and does not sell customer information outside the True Value Family of
partners. However, we reserve the right to share your personal
information as may be required by law or court order or in cooperation
with law enforcement to protect the rights, property or safety of True
Value Company and participating True Value retailers.
Additional Program Terms
Value Rewards® cards remain the property of True Value Company and must
be surrendered upon request. True Value Company and participating True
Value® stores reserve the right to disqualify anyone from participation
in the program and to immediately invalidate all points accumulated or
presented based on abuse, fraud, or any violation of the program terms

any item, department or purchase transaction.

and individual True Value® stores are not responsible for any
unauthorized True Value Rewards® certificate redemption.

responsibility of the Participant. Participants are responsible for
determining, recording, and paying all federal, state, and local taxes.
True Value Rewards® program and offers are only redeemable at
participating True Value® retailers and are void where prohibited by
law. Offers may not be redeemed at truevalue.com.
Company and participating True Value® stores reserve the right to
restrict, suspend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions of the
program and any associated offer(s) at any time without prior
notification. This means that accumulated points in no way entitle
participants to any vested rights with respect to the True Value
True Value Company and independent True Value®
store operators reserve the right to cease participation in the program
at any time without prior notification to Participants.
Value Company and independent True Value® store operators also reserve
the right to offer a modified point structure for certain items or
departments or to exclude certain types of purchases altogether from
inclusion in the program.
Except as indicated herein, the Program may not be combined with other offers.
